TRM was specified in many areas for this apartment complex’s remediation. TRM was used extensively to waterproof junctions between:

•  the existing joinery and new plaster system

•  numerous penetrations through the cladding e.g. electrical cables, taps, waste water, fascia, diverters etc

​

•  balustrade footings to new deck system

​

•  the new plaster system to the new deck system
